We tend to communicate by email and are sometimes lazy about updating this blog, but we meet every month and are happy to give feedback and/or technical advice to newcomers on their projects. That is our main focus - giving each other encouragement, advice and feedback on interests or projects. The people coming to each meeting vary, but generally have expertise on a wide range of technologies including .NET,Python, Ruby, Drupal, Perl and Java, as well as practical aspects of running servers, test suites and virtual machines.
